Building production AI systems for real clients at a Glasgow digital consultancy — agentic workflows, GraphRAG retrieval, and multi-source data warehouses.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • →Built a full-stack CRM platform (React, Next.js, MongoDB) for a live podcast client using a multi-agent Claude Code workflow with specialised builder agents
  • →Built a human-in-the-loop Meta Ads optimisation system — daily AI reports, ranked recommendations to Slack, and approved changes executed via Meta API
  • →Designed and deployed a production GraphRAG retrieval pipeline, reducing content processing time by ~35% across 2 concurrent client workstreams
  • →Architected a multi-source client data warehouse (DuckDB/Parquet, bronze/silver/gold) ingesting Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console and Kickstarter data
